DAY 5 - 13/02/08

In Australia, they have these products called home brands, which are supposedly cheaper. Coles and Wollies have their own home brands. Quite interesting. The home brands are comparable with more popular brands but they are much cheaper!


I got my Uni card. My god..I am so chubby!!!


Packed lunch and found a nice place in school to have our sandwich.






Went Ikea today to get my wardrobe. Although the unit I am staying is fully furnished, we are given all the necessary furniture except wardrobes. Don’t ask me why, I have no idea too.







I find the meatballs in Spore taste differently compared to say a year ago. Luckily, the ones over here taste like the “old” version. Much tastier and less of the “mass-production” kinda taste. Even the berry sauce is thicker and we are given WHOLE potatoes instead. We got the home delivery service cos I didn’t wanna carry the bulky purchase and climb three flights of stairs. The items will arrive tomorrow noon. I am going to assemble the things by myself!!! Where’s DD…..hahahaha

While waiting outside Ikea for the bus ride home, I took some pictures of Lorikeets.
